Welcome to
Tammy Monson Reining Horses
Tammy has been in the horse world for 15 years now. Starting out
in the Pleasure Horse world, then given the opportunity to show a
Reiner, it was ugly but she was hooked! Over the years Tammy has shown
numerous horses to wins and coached many non-pros. Her love for the
sport of Reining is obvious to all who ride with her. She takes the
time to teach with patience and enjoys watching the improvements of
each and every rider. Last year she rode her favorite horse to a score
of 72 and 1/2 three times for three pewters in the limited open, she
traveled to Ohio to ride with Shawn Florida for four days of extreme
riding and learning, then applied for and passed the coveted NRHA
judges test then offered a fantastic clinic given by Corey
Hendrickson. Tammy feels there is always more to learn and always
improvements a person can make to become a more accomplished rider and
showman. Tammy takes extra care to match horses to riders. She will
work with all who want to enjoy the sport, rich or poor, young or old.
